Terms & Conditions - Effective Date: March 12, 2025.
Welcome! These terms explain how Dookie Scoops, provides dog waste pickup in Bolton, UK.
By signing up, you agree to follow them.
1. What You Get: We scoop the waste once a week and dispose of it legally, we will not collect any other waste than the dog bi product to be disposed (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
2. Cost: To be determined by your subscription, (subscription based on size of yard and amount of dogs) How to Pay: Bank transfer to specified account details or direct debit to be set, due upfront each month. - Late Payment: If you’re over 7 days late, we may pause service until paid. No refunds for partial months. Monthly subscriptions are paid 1 month forward, this means the day your service starts your monthly payment is due before you can be scooped.
3. Your Right to Cancel: You can start, stop, or pause anytime. To pause, notify us immediately by email: dookiescoops25@gmail.com or phone: 07597700938, and the pause takes effect at the time of notice. To cancel, provide 14 days’ notice via the same contact methods. What Happens: After cancellation notice, we’ll continue collecting for 14 days, and you pay for that period. No pro-rata refunds.
4. Your responsibilities: Ensure no objects that can cause harm are present in your garden and that all dogs are away safely at the time of scooping (we will advise you of our arrival 30 mins before via SMS or email) - Make sure we can reach it (e.g., no locked gates unless you tell us how to get in). - Let us know 24 hours ahead if you need to skip a pickup or change something
5. Our Responsibilities: We’ll scoop on schedule and dispose of waste legally at a licensed site. - If we miss a pickup (our fault), we’ll come back within 2 days.
6. Missed Pickups: No refunds if we can’t get to the location because of you (e.g., dog is present, locked gate). - Damage: We’re not responsible for property damage you could have avoided - Delays: We’re not liable for delays beyond our control (e.g., snow, road closures).
7. Ending the Service - We can stop service with 30 days’ notice or right away if you don’t pay or break these terms.

10. Legal Stuff - These terms follow English law. Any disputes go through Bolton courts. - We may update these terms with 30 days’ notice via email.
